Il Consigliere Comunale Ignazio Bivona
ha presentato una interrogazione consiliare a risposta scritta relativa allo stato di abbandono della via Ghezzi.
In essa su fa presente che la via Ghezzi è una arteria strategica per la città di Sciacca, che consente di raggiungere una zona altamente antropizzata della nostra città, un’arteria inoltre che conduce ad una delle più importati località di mare e strada di accesso per le strutture alberghiere che si trovano in tale zona della nostra città.
Ebbene, osserva Ignazio Bivona:
a) Da ormai da più di un anno molteplici sono le perdite idriche che si incontrano lungo la strada, che ad oggi non hanno previsto un intervento risolutivo, migliaia son i litri di acqua che si riversano nelle giornate di erogazione lungo la detta via;
b) La presenza delle perdite determina la collocazione di diverse transenne che restringono la carreggiata, obbligano ad una vera e propria pericolosissima gincana, e più volte le stesse risultano essere divelte creando a loro volta ulteriori stati di pericolo;
c) Diverse sono le buche presenti su tutto il tratta viario;
d) Diversi purtroppo sono stati gli incidenti che hanno visto interessati i nostri giovani che percorrono la Via Ghezzi con i loro ciclomotori;
e) Carente risulta la illuminazione, da diversi mesi gli incroci tra la Via Ghezzi e la C.da Sant’ Antonio e la Via Ghezzi e la SS 115 risultano totalmente al buio, creando ulteriori criticità in ordine alla sicurezza;
f) Tutti gli incroci tra la Via Ghezzi e le altre arterie perpendicolari alla stessa vedono la presenza di terriccio che permane per mesi senza che lo stesso venga rimosso.
Un insieme di problematiche, quelle elencate, che secondo il consigliere Bivona evidenziano la totale disattenzione e distrazione da parte dell’amministrazione comunale, che non ha avuto cura di eliminare nemmeno una delle citate criticità, sebbene decine siano state le segnalazioni, anche dallo stesso Bivona rassegnate verbalmente, rimaste inascoltate.
Per tali ragioni il consigliere comunale Ignazio Bivona interroga il sindaco e l’amministrazione comunale per conoscere
se vi siano in programma interventi sulla detta viabilità finalizzati ad eliminare le problematiche sopra descritte.
