Il consigliere comunale Ignazio Bivona propone oggi in una nota inviata al Sindaco, lo spostamento degli uffici comunali anagrafe è stato civile alla Perriera, utilizzando quanto meno provvisoriamente nella inutilizzata “casa albergo per anziani”.
“E’ sotto gli occhi di tutti – scrive il consigliere Bivona – lo stato in cui versano alcuni uffici ricadenti all’interno del Palazzo Comunale. L’anagrafe e lo stato civile si presentano ormai da diversi anni in uno stato indecoroso, sia per gli impiegati che ci lavorano sia per chi usufruisce dei servizi”.
“In considerazione di questa annosa situazione che sembra, ormai, non trovare rimedio, ritengo opportuno proporre all’Amministrazione Comunale di spostare i suddetti uffici in altro sito”.
“La casa albergo per anziani, ubicata nella contrada Perriera, potrebbe essere la giusta sede provvisoria per questi due uffici di rilevante importanza e continua operatività.
Suddetto spostamento favorirebbe anche il mancato rischio di deterioramento della casa albergo per anziani rispetto alla quale i tempi di affidamento non sono certi e sembrano sempre più dilatati nel tempo, oltre al fatto che suddetta opzione garantirebbe una maggiore vivibilità per dipendenti e cittadini che, giornalmente, si recano allo stato civile ed all’anagrafe per un continuo disbrigo pratiche”.
“Si rimane in attesa di un riscontro, – conclude Ignazio Bivona – evidenziando la celere necessità di porre rimedio a questa problematica che, da più parti, invoca una risoluzione”.
Si ritengo giusto quello che dice Bivona, almeno li è un posto più accogliente è luminoso, per gli impiegati sarebbe l’ideale ed anche per i parcheggi , oltretutto i locali sarebbero curati adesso sono abbandonati.
