Il consigliere comunale Raimondo Brucculeri a distanza di un anno reitera oggi una interrogazione consiliare già presentata il 12/12/2022 in merito allo stato delle strisce pedonali e della segnaletica orizzontale nella nostra città.
A questa interrogazione era stato dato riscontro da parte dell’amministrazione che a breve si sarebbe provveduto.
Considerato tuttavia che nulla è stato fatto fino ad adesso, osserva il consigliere Bruccoleri, con l’aggravante che la situazione è notevolmente peggiorata, l’interrogazione a suo tempo presentata viene ripresentata con l’auspicio che il nuovo assessore Antonino Certa riesca a breve a intervenire in modo celere ed efficiente per rimuovere lo stato di pericolo.
TESTO DELL’INTERROGAZIONE DEL 12 DICEMBRE 2022:
PREMESSO CHE:
• Molte strade della città, sia nel centro storico che in periferia, risultano sprovviste di segnaletica orizzontale e strisce pedonali di attraversamento effettivamente visibili, in quando quelle esistenti, sono quasi del tutto cancellate dall’usura;
• Al sottoscritto sono arrivate numerose segnalazioni di cittadini per la difficoltà di attraversamento della strada.
CONSIDERATO CHE
• Detta situazione espone il pedone ad un evidente stato di pericolo di incidente;
• La segnaletica orizzontale, insieme a quella verticale e alle strisce pedonali, è elemento fondamentale per la sicurezza di tutti gli utenti della strada (pedoni, automobilisti e motociclisti);
• in caso di incidenti sulle strisce pedonali invisibili e/o praticamente inesistenti, o in caso di danni fisici ai pedoni, il Comune di Sciacca potrebbe essere ritenuto responsabile e quindi obbligato ad eventuali risarcimenti.

• Se sono a conoscenza delle condizioni precarie della segnaletica orizzontale e delle strisce pedonali in città, e della loro situazione di pericolo;
