L’Istituto Amato Vetrano diretto da Nellina Librici abbraccia la creatività e l’entusiasmo degli studenti, accogliendo la loro proposta e dando vita a una settimana dedicata al futuro sostenibile, da lunedì 18 a venerdì 22 dicembre 2023, come deliberato dal Collegio dei Docenti.
La proposta degli studenti e delle studentesse è così diventata realtà, plasmando un evento unico che mette al centro il rispetto dell’ambiente e della biodiversità.
Il tema sarà “L’Amato Vetrano unito per un Futuro Sostenibile”: gli studenti organizzeranno eventi e attività incentrate sull’educazione ambientale, progetti di sostenibilità e dibattiti sulle attuali sfide ambientali.
L’evento rappresenta un’opportunità per sensibilizzare tutti sull’importanza della sostenibilità e promuovere azioni concrete per un futuro più eco-friendly.
Qui di seguito un elenco delle attività ed eventi pianificati, con un calendario ricco di eventi che celebra l’impegno per un futuro più verde:
▪ Giornate tematiche: ogni giorno sarà dedicato a un aspetto del futuro sostenibile, come la giornata dell’energia pulita, della mobilità sostenibile, dell’alimentazione responsabile, dell’ecologia urbana.
▪ Workshop e seminari: saranno organizzati dibattiti su temi legati alla sostenibilità, come la gestione dei rifiuti, la conservazione delle risorse idriche, l’agricoltura biologica, il riciclaggio, l’energia rinnovabile. Esperti del settore coinvolgeranno gli studenti in discussioni e attività pratiche.
▪ Competizioni sostenibili: si terranno competizioni tra le classi o gli studenti singoli che si impegnano in pratiche sostenibili, come la competizione per “la classe che riduce il consumo di plastica” e “il progetto più creativo per il riciclaggio dei materiali”.
▪ Giornate del volontariato ambientale: saranno proposte giornate di volontariato in cui gli studenti parteciperanno a progetti di pulizia degli spazi dell’istituto, coinvolgendo associazioni o enti dedicati alla protezione ambientale.
▪ Momenti di sensibilizzazione: saranno organizzate campagne di sensibilizzazione sulla sostenibilità, come la riduzione del consumo di energia o l’uso consapevole delle risorse idriche.
▪ Gite ed escursioni sostenibili: gli studenti visiteranno la Riserva dello Zingaro e l’AMP di Favignana, luoghi che promuovono la sostenibilità, il rispetto e l’importanza della conservazione ambientale e di un approccio sostenibile al turismo.
▪ Musica ecosostenibile: durante la settimana, nell’atrio esterno della scuola, verranno trasmesse canzoni che veicolano messaggi significativi sul tema del futuro sostenibile.
▪ Film e documentari: saranno proiettati film e documentari incentrati sulla sostenibilità e sull’ambiente, seguiti da dibattiti per riflettere sui temi trattati e promuovere la consapevolezza tra gli studenti.
